Meet Jayne Moverley
Jayne is the Manager of Splash and has been with the charity for the past fourteen years. Jayne is responsible for fundraising & finance, managing the team, ensuring Splash adheres to charity rules and regulations and working at a strategic level to make decisions governing Splash.

Meet Beverley Salter
Beverley is the Office Coordinator and has been with Splash for the past eight years. Beverley is responsible for promoting & marketing the scheme, the Splash website, servicing Board meetings, including the Wiltshire & Swindon Crimebeat scheme, financial support and the general smooth running of the office.
Meet Simone Matthews
Simone is the Operations Coordinator and newest member of staff. Simone is responsible for setting up projects & activities and all issues related to them such as health & safety and monitoring & evaluation. Simone also coordinates the work of Wiltshire & Swindon Crimebeat.
The staff team work from their base at Chippenham Police Station, where they have access to all the facilities of the Wiltshire Constabulary. Day-to-day line management is offered by the Inspector in the Community Affairs & Diversity Department, of which, Splash is part.
Splash is ultimately managed through an Executive Board which is extremely well appointed with senior representatives from a wide range of agencies in Swindon & Wiltshire, who are well placed to publicise the charity at a high level, promoting and assisting with the targeting and delivery. The Board meets three times a year to make strategic decisions.

OPERATIONS GROUP MEMBERS
The Splash Operations Group was suspended in January pending a review of the charity.
Splash also employs Youth Support Workers during holiday periods to work specifically on our TAP projects. These casual members of staff prove to be a vital ‘extra pair of hands’ supporting the young people and facilitators to ensure the smooth running of these projects.
We are also pleased to work with volunteers who approach us to offer their help and services during our busy operational periods.
