Project Management Service
Aside from general youth activity provision we also offer a complete project management service for holiday activity youth projects. Splash has been undertaking commissioning work in the county for many years, working in partnership with Town & District Councils, Housing Associations and other organisations on ‘issued based', targeted and general youth activity provision. Splash has experience and expertise in delivering a wide range of youth activity projects, and has successfully been project managing 'local projects for local people on local issues'.
Our issue based projects are aimed at looking at ‘real issues’ for young people such as under-age drinking & related problems, the drug culture and environmental issues and the impact they have on their lives. These projects are always delivered in a dynamic and challenging but fun format using trained professionals who are experienced in working, and engaging, with young people.
Commissioning Splash to act as project managers will incorporate all the following necessary elements: vision, planning, research, networking, financial management, monitoring & evaluation, administration and delivery, thus taking the stress and worry away from you.
