This exciting three day project was a veritable feast of sporting activities from indoor climbing to a high ropes course to mountain & skate boarding. All those who took part found the project to be 'better than expected' according to their end of project evaluations.

Recycled Art was a four day project during the Easter 2008 school holidays. Community Artists 'No Added Sugar' led this inspiring workshop whereby the young people took to the local area scavenging for litter and rubbish to recycle into works of art. Old computers were also dismantled and transformed into robots which formed part of a display in the town's library.Other work produced included some impressive large scale paintings.

This multi-media workshop run by Kandu Arts explored expression through music, singing, relaxation and discussion groups. Several pieces of original music were written and recorded and comments from the young people at the end of the project included: 'I've never felt so happy' to 'It's changed my life'

This alcohol awareness project was a combination of fun, facts & creative artwork which aimed to give the young people present a better understanding of: how alcohol can become addictive how it effects their health & well-being the social implications for the individual, their family and the wider community The project leaders spent a lot of time in one-to-one discussions with the young people as well as time spent creating art work around the subject matter.

This three day project of activities at Bath Rugby 'Playing for Success Centre' and Bath University included all of the following: multi-media skills, rugby coaching & player press conference, quizzes & games and a tour of Bath University Sports Village and participation in various sporting sessions including badmintion, volleyball, trampolining and athletics.

A two night residential with British Trust Conservation Volunteers at Paddington Farm near at the base of Glastonbury Tor. The group will take part in various practical tasks including the construction of stiles and a post and rail fence, as well as some tasks around this working farm. We will finish the residential with a session that looks at outdoor survival and bushcraft skills. Those taking part will need to bring old clothes, waterproofs, a sleeping bag, a torch, work boots and come prepared for some hands on practical work. Boots, sleeping bags and waterproofs can be issued in the event that people don’t own them. All food will be included but young people will be expected to help in preparing their meals!!! Circus Skills Workshop with Devizes Carnival Arts Xchange and 'Circomedia'. Four days of circus skills, costume making and fun in preparation for the Carnival on the Fith day! 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th August - 10am-3pm at Devizes School. 30th August meet at Devizes School at 3pm and pick up after the Carnival at 7.30pm. Learn funky street dance routines and make up your own dances with professional artists from Swindon Dance and The Flux at the Underground Youth Centre in Abbey Meads (nr Swindon). A Free two day dance project with a professional dance coach. Street dance, hip hop and other routines. Your chance to develop your own dances and you to can look like a professional!

A day of fun & fresh air, out and about with Wiltshire Wildlife Trust + a picnic lunch

Activities could include:

Walking to and from the woodland site
A scavenger hunt
Bushcraft
Creating bug houses
Wild food
Environmental arts and games
Shelter building
Egg rolling

Wear suitable clothing including long trousers, trainers or wellies - no open toe sandals please. Bring a hat, suncream if hot, waterproofs if wet, and plenty to drink.

This project gives priority to young people from the Bradford on Avon Area

Three action packed days of multi-sports, including football, basketball & rock-It ball. Mountian boarding and power kiting and on the Friday the group will spend the day a Calshot Outdoor Education Centre.

You don't need to be an expert; you just need to have a go!

Wear suitable clothing to do sports in and bring a packed luch and plenty to drink.

Two days of sports with qualified coaches.
Day 1 - multi sports such as football, basketball and rock-it ball.
Day 2 – A trip to Calshot Outdoor Activity Centre. Activities could include skiing, rock climbing, archery, mountain biking and water sports.

Day 2- Meet at Five Rivers Leisure Centre to travel to Calshot Outdoor Activity Centre
